The demanding mountain tours like the seven-hour mountain hike on the Geißstein, the 3-summit tour with ascent of the Hochkogel, Hochsaalbachkogel and the Medalkogel as well as the less difficult hiking excursions like the Spielberg Runde or the Gerstreit Rundweg, for example, we can warmly recommend.

You can also comfortably ascend to the hiking paradise with one of four mountain railroads. The Reiterkogelbahn, the Kohlmaisgipfelbahn, the Schattberg X-press and the Zwölferkogelbahn are also in operation in summer. Directly at the summit station of the Reiterkogelbahn there is the medicinal herbs and alpine flowers trail to discover.
